Ros, Zed and I are just back from moving the boat to its new home at Acle on the Norfolk Broads

Very foggy for most of the day but when the sun eventually broke through it was lovely

Chuffed to bits I am

Saw the diabetic and coronary heart disease nurses this afternoon for my annual reviews -
Cholesterol is down
Blood pressure is down
Sugar levels are down
Weight is down (only about 6 or 7 lbs - but at least it hasn't increased)
Only thing NOT down is my height - I'm still 5' 10"
