I think I paid 40 last time and he trued the headlights and screwed up a loose exhaust heat shield at the same time.

I have a seized hub nut on the NSF and a rattley bottom ball joint on the same side so in 3 hours this afternoon I pulled the NSF front leg complete with drive shaft, replaced the wishbone, compressed the spring and changed the bump stop, isolator doughnut, top bearing and top mount finished with a new pinch bolt at the bottom....

Put the whole lot back in and took her for a test thrash down the trading park with some full lock, twisty turney and emergency stop tests..

Much happier now.....

Suffolk tomorrow, France next week and Cumbria the week after can now be tackled in confidence....

Sounds a bit like this one - it's one of those that you drive into on the High Street... Like driving into a shop!...lol

Shame he is not on a nice trading estate on the edge of town, they would not have to charge as much then to pay the rent...

The trouble is MOTs with a discount are £45 here, and beer is £3.20 a pint.
