Perhaps a visit to your GP Rav, see about getting something to help you sleep.By that I meean something to help you relax, rather than sleeping pills.

Morning Richard, I had sleeping tablets from the Doc but stopped taking them as they made me feel groggy, were addictive and left a metallic taste in the mouth (Zopiclone). I overcame insomnia without drugs, by listening to a sultry female voice using a self-hypnosis app on the phone. Works every time for me. Asleep within 10 minutes. Maybe it could help Rav.

Good morning Julien, how are you?

Saw your post about car covers another option, a simple Car Port. The one in the brick drive overlooks the Cape of Good Hope and requires storm clips. The other is in the bush and is simple, but has solar panels on top

By Heck! that wind cuts straight through you, I've only been out to collect the wheelie bin and my ears are ready to snap off.
