I used a half packet (I had left over) of Bramwells sausage casserole mix from Aldi & some gravy granules and a good helping of this seasoning https://www.amazon.co.uk/Drogheria-A.../dp/B00JRYHY18

It's a pasta seasoning but boy is it tasty on just about anything.

Put it all in a casserole dish & top with sliced potatoes I got one of those crinkle cut choppers so everything gets crinkle cut here now lol.

I served it with baby beetroots & crusty bread Eat yer heart out Delia Norwich city fanboy

Had our new bed delivered this morning, should say dumped rather than delivered. They must work under pressure, put in hallway "sign here" then they were gone. After they had gone read on delivery note goods should be inspected before signing. Luckily all O.K. Now in process of breaking up old bed ready to take to skip. There must be a couple of thousand staples in it.

Having one of those days where the get up and go has got up and sodded off! Took ages to get to sleep last night, remember seeing 2am, insomnia is a common hangover after a cardiac incident but its not constant, just hits now and then. I was woken up just after seven, the girls went nuts when they heard the guy delivering gas cylinders next door, no mains gas at the cottages. I'd have a lie down but I can't sleep during the day.

Preparing for bed - some summer mood came.

Chill Out from Greece in last Summer - empty beach, lots of beer. With my mom, John Silver & my caravan seen on the photo:

Wish to everyone
