Just not sure if it's too much chrome or not. It fits a lot better than a lot of chrome grilles I've seen, and has the correct model number for a real Rover one. I'll leave it for a while, and see which I prefer.

What I did with my Rover 75/MG ZT today?
The old car got two treatments today, 1 was necessary the other was less necessary, but the results are good on both counts.
Fuel cooler bottom pipe to another union was leaking and has done so for a while now. New length of fuel hose and new clips has sorted it now and a noticeable benefit is felt when driving. Less important job was to mesh the front grille, sounds a bit gay on a standard 75, but the stainless steel mesh is fitted inside the grille behind the slats, and held in place by the grille against the rubber edging on the nose cone. This mod looks great without being over the top. Hope to put up some pics soon. |

I think that the colour of the cars have an effect.
Against the dark blue, which shows off chrome well, this looks suburb IMHO. Looking at the bonnet gap it is a good fit too , so it must be an OEM one.
