Turned out I was testing the wrong wire and the connector on the plug wasn't making contact. A bit of adjustment and all sorted

Nom Nom Nom looks good Jeff. I made a hotpot for tea tonight but the gannets devoured it before I took a pic

Things are getting grim around here with multiple break in's of houses & cars, I went out to two deadbeats this evening trying to break into next door but one's garage, he's 86 and deaf, I'm getting too old for this stuff so I've got me baseball bat out the garage. the police are a complete waste of time here, virtually non existent anymore, the local press is full of the same stories, people are up in arms about the rampant crime situation.
they'rehaving an absolute field day here.

I've still got all that fishing equipment that was stolen & hidden in my garden between xmas and new years day, they're not interested in anything about that.

A couple that bought an house across the back two weeks ago have just had their garage broken into and lots of tools stolen are aghast. makes my blood boil.
