Morning again! No further forward as to why there was an ambulance outside the cottages for 90 minutes late last night. I thought it might be the old boy next door but he took his dog out at his usual 6:45 this morning

Afternoon all, Brr! Cold clear day here, No sign of the sleet showers that were forecast!. Dried peas are soaking & a ham shank roasting in the oven for a batch of pea & ham soup tomorrow.

That's not good! Dripping wet here due to frequent sleet showers all day and there's now a warning for snow and ice overnight
