................... and it's still standing? Most of the reinforcement would be damp and rusting by now! Don't ask how I know this!

Morning all, What a damp grey day. Got woken up by the postman at 07:15 & he'd gone by the time I'd got downstairs At least he'd left a note saying meds in the waste paper wheelie bin through gate despite the package being letterbox friendly

Had some Lorne sausage meat leftover so it's going to be sausage & egg toasted butties for brekkie.
Cookies & mince pies looking moreish Jeff.

A postie? Is that some kind of Lancashire parstie? Our postie was a lovely young lass with a happy, smilie face, who kept our spirits up through lockdown. She was replaced by a chap, nearing retirement, who we nicknamed "Captain Slow!" Where has my bonnie postie gone?
Keep warm, well fed and dry folks. Have a good'un.

Sorry to disagree, but I think architecture has gone downhill since "Brutalism". Could be why National Trust properties are so popular compared to modern estates and shopping centres.

Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

And then I'll hold you in my dreams
