Thanks again
Good morning Steve, thanks for updating us about what you have been going through and now have brought Georgie’s ashes home what will you do with them?

Having a small holding here, we have a designated meadow for the remains of pets and farm animals and another place under a tree for the ashes of our loved ones we have lost over the years. It’s a magical tree which seems to attract Doves and pretty birds which adds to the scene for being there. I visit most days for a chat and it helps.

Do let us know how it goes and keep us posted.

Morning Phil, morning all,

It goes well............So far

The contractors are back today to finish off the drain repair.

Just a case of backfilling the hole that was dug and relaying the paving slabs.

So, I'll be home today and back to work again tomorrow.

Good morning Bob, get better soon: Honey, Cinnamon and hot water with whiskey is a boost

Good morning Jeff, all the best in wrapping up those final repairs to the drain.

When you have time, can you please patch over your comments about the “Thank You” button to Pete’s reply in the latest “Thank You” thread.

In particular when you mentioned your camera forum has the upgraded vBulletin 5 plus with the “thank you” feature, please pass this onto Pete.

When I checked your forum I couldn’t log into it to see it for myself, therefore it’s better coming from you

Today, we are having the solar wiring to the lounge lights checked, as they have started to flicker and later on the internet providers are sending engineers round to install a wifi booster upstairs. I recently bought a smart android TV for the bedroom and the signal for the internet sometimes cuts out or it’s slow and we get buffeting on the screen. We have to use a VPN in order to get BBC and ITV. I suspect this slows the internet speed. I am hoping the signal and speed can be improved.

The weather here is partly cloudy 23C

Morning all, Same as Bob! Still coughing me head off & still bloomin' raining, The black pudn from the new place is bootiful. It should be shopping day but I'm still not fit enough to go out plus I don't want to pass on my germs to anyone.

Yesterday in the supermarket I came across a young local woman, oh my - enormous lady, largest bottom ever in tight leggings with a hacking cough which sounded like a dog barking and she was coughing everywhere and no mask. Myself and one other in the supermarket were the only ones wearing a mask. I kept my distance from the young lady, bless her heart.

How very kind of you Ian to stay in and show consideration to others. I hope you feel better soon, then you can get on with your treatment.

Morning. One of our friends came to our new year doo with a bug and has generously passed it on to me I feel lousy, headache and flu like aches and pains, intermittent cough. Ging is working so have to go out, have a repeat prescription to collect (one of my meds runs out today), need milk as well.

Hi Phil, That paints a vivid picture I wouldn't wish this Strep virus on anyone, It's been a horrible time to say the least.

Just been sorting through some seeds & I was going to finish the heat mat & spectrum growlight cabinet for starting seedlings off early but as SWMBO is checking everything with a plug attached I think I'll forego it this year due to the ridiculous high cost of energy, I'll go back to natural seasonal growing.

I got some catnip seeds sowed so that'll keep the moggies entertained come Spring time.
