And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Just cooking one of those Maggi Mediterranean chicken seasoning kits in the oven for tea tonight with some herby potato wedgies. Might even have a bottle of apple juice whilst I have two days off from radiotherapy

Evening all, Chucking it down out there now, Missus has been out with girl friends for coffee & did some shopping at the market & bought 1kg of bacon ribs & couldn't believe how much they've gone up in price £8.50 for something that used to cost a couple of quid for the same amount No such thing as cheap cuts of meat any more.

Got two boxes of dried marrowfat peas for pea soup to go with the bacon ribs I'll sow some of them for another crop of peas

Been a long & torturous week this week. I wish I could retire, or at least find something easier.
Just been out for tea at the Robin Hood with mother, really enjoyed it. Hush puppies to start followed by a Robin Hood steak burger………..delish
Wasn’t a dessert for me on the list of options……..probably would have struggled anyway.

Look what mother did

Wasn’t that nice of her?

He was a handsome little chap, maybe a bit stern looking, but cute as a button

Good morning Col

What a character Bob was and worthy of such a tribute. How kind of your Mother to remember him in that way.
