I wouldn't advise fishy cat food though. The tuna flakes last night went down a treat but their breath made your eyes water!

Morning all, a bit blowy but dry so far this morning.

I was meant to be doing a photoshoot today but the client has cancelled to a later date as the car has had to go into the garage for some work.

Oh well, lazy day it is for me then

Don't leave that dog in the car!

Morning folks. British summer time tomorrow - does that mean warm and sunny?

Just been looking at the forecast for the weekend here & looks like I'll need to get the bubble wrap out again to cover the seedlings in the greenhouse as temps are dropping to 0C on Sunday night....Begger.

Too early to get confident. I remember in the early '80s the railway up here ground to a halt in early April due to snow! The snow was so heavy the track maintenance guys couldn't clear it out of the points quickly enough, they'd clear one set and by the time they cleared a 2nd set and the first set was snowed up again. The snow that was falling was being whipped up by a high wind causing a lot of drifting problems, the North Berwick branch was shut due to a build up of snow in a cutting. Had to go across to Glasgow to get a pair of class 37s and the big independent ploughs (see below) to patrol around here

Afternoon all.

Back in after dog walking. Made it just in time as we've had an absolute downpour but only for a couple of minutes .

Happy for you to keep the snow up North. Oh, hang on, that's where we'll be going pretty soon .

Andy.

PS Quizzie is a real fan of mackerel . I reckon Tuna would be a step down in the stinky stakes . Fortunately she's not at all keen on cushion stuffing but does like to strip the cloth covering off tennis balls .
