Morning all, It's wet out there from overnight rain but a brighter day than yesterday. I'll be finishing off reseeding the back lawn if it stays dry & dunno about shopping day yet as it's a holiday weekend

Its a special breed of chicken. They're kept on remote farms in the far north because of the scream when they lay, the breadcrumb coating is painful coming out.

I managed to get eggs! Co-op had a delivery this morning.

I got the shopping done in quick sticks again at ALDI, Plenty of eggs there but people must have heard on the grapevine that there are shortages & most people were getting 2-3 cartons of a dozen eggs.

Along with eggs I got a couple of scotch eggs for lunch . . . . wish I hadn't! Keep fighting back.

The bird feeders are empty, they've already sent several representatives to peer in the window at me but going to have to time it well, frequent heavy showers.

Can't remember if I mentioned it but a while ago I fitted an adjustable brass nut to my mate's guitar. Pig of a thing to fit and I can't see why you'd need to be able to adjust the string heights after the nut is fitted and the guitar properly set up. He came along earlier, do I still have the original nut (yes . . . . somewhere?) and could I refit it . . . . hates the adjustable brass nut.
