What a cracking day!!! The weather couldnt have got any better.

We brought a few extra passengers with us and they were all made welcome and had a fantastic time. Must really thank all of the organisers

must admit this club made the rally all the more better which everyone should be proud,

a really nice touch to be allowed in the high street at the end really made me smile.

once again thanks to all

Phil

Default Rover P6 Rally Beamish

Firsly must say a big thank you to the organisers for this event, they did a fantastic job, and secondly for all the members of this forum for making a great effort in cleaning their cars and even more so for attending, it was a fantastic day, and a great venue. I have spoken to Janet from the P6 club, and we had the biggest turnout, of some excellent cars. and they have invited us back for next year so watch this space.

It was great to meet you all again, and very much look forward to the next one.

Must also say a special thank you to Bob (Flying Banana), for travelling all the way from Barkingside to attend, and also to SSfive and Wedgewud for coming all the way from Keightley in Yorkshire, and hope that it was worth it.

Weather turned out great as well to cap it all off.

Default Beamish

Just to let everyone know that the cars were all judged by the Owners present on the day, (including all the owners of the Mini's, Rover P4. P5 and P6 group, SD1 Owners and the other marques present, and they decided on the following from our Group

Rover 75

First - G20Stu (stuart)
Second - Mofo (Chris)
Third - NickNick (John)

MG ZT

First - Me
Second - Phil's dad in his Typhoon Tourer
Third - Flying Banana (in Blue Thunder)

However, in my option, everyone was a winner, everybody took the time and effort to make their cars look pristine

Once again thank you all for attending and making it a great day

Stu
