Been given a case of Katy ciders, I done some work for a neighbour on her garden. I don’t do jobs for reward. I do them because I can.

Good evening Andy, have a drink on me. On Monday I had a smart TV delivered and gave my other TV to a Ukrainian couple who live below us. There was nothing wrong with the TV except it could not get YouTube or the internet.

A nice couple who work for Hovis making bread and every week they leave us a loaf of bread on the doorstep.

This evening I had a call the surgeons secretary who has given me a date for the 2 operations to be carried out at the same time: the bypass and a right sided inguinal hernia repair.

The theatre, anaesthetist, bed has been booked for Monday 12 July. The week before I will have to go in for a pre-op diagnostics check. I have booked for Jessica to be in a hotel for 2 weeks whilst I am in hospital etc, fortunately the hotel is outside of ULEZ and the Congestion Charge zone. That’s one less thing to worry about.

So make the most of your health Andy

Morning all,

Glad you have got everything in place for your op(s) Phil.

I'm working in Colchester this morning and then up to a job in Norwich. I'll then be staying on the boat over the weekend and Sunday will be jet washing day!!

Monday I'll be departing Acle and off to a job in Stowmarket before returning home.

Morning all, What a grey day, It looks like it's going to be another hot muggy day later judging by the forecast.

Morning Phil, at least you know when your operation is happening now.
I’m getting my pacemaker fitted on Wednesday 12th July, but I have to go on Monday 10th to get some tests before the op, so if I don’t speak to you before I go to hospital, I wish you the best after that for a successful operation but I’m sure I’ll speak to you before then.
