Good morning from a bl00dy wet Scotland, ducks going around wearing life jackets up here! Been heavy rain since yesterday evening, we're not getting the worst of it, there's a "Do not travel" warning in effect north and west of here with rail services suspended all over the place.

Doesn't sound good on the weather front up there Steve, Quite a nice mild day here with the odd showing of sunshine.


I have a glut of those Japanese mild Shishito chilli's so I've made some chilli bread topped with grated cheese Mmmmmmm It's bootiful if I say so meself. It's the only chilli I can manage to eat 20-500 on the scoville scale, Tasted great toasted with sliced black pudn

Worst of it is across the west and further north of here. This is Bowling Station on the north side of Glasgow. Unsurprisingly the line is shut!

Had to brave the pouring rain to fill one of the seed feeders. All empty and our feathery friends were starting to tap on the window. One will keep them going, too wet to fill them all.
