Morning all, Yet another almighty deluge overnight with lots of standing water about, I'm frightened of going in the garage, I put stuff up on bricks off the floor yesterday

Congratulations to you both on your 60th wedding anniversary, that's a heck of a milestone.

Snake in the car whilst driving…..on my own on the outskirts of Nairobi in Kenya

Last evening I was driving back from the shops and felt something slither over my foot and around my ankle. I was wearing shorts because the weather has been hot 30C. I was on a dual carriage way with no hard shoulder so couldn’t stop, so I had to carry on driving, the snake moved off my ankle and by the time I got home it was dark so I left the hunt.

This morning I opened all of the doors and boot, carefully looked under the seats and in the boot, but no snake to be found.

Has anyone had this experience?

How is everyone?

Oh no! Can't imagine that Phil, I don't mind snakes but the types you have can be worrying...

Err.......Nope, not something I have had happen, nor do I wish for it to happen any time............ever

Think I would be carrying out (at arms length) a thorough search of the vehicle before next using it

Congratulations to you both.

You must have raided the poor box to be able to afford to go abroad.
