I think I'll bide my time & pick it up in a sale in 6 months time for a third of the price.

Anxiety is treatable and you have been through a great deal of hardship and stress, we all experience stress or anxiety at sometime in our life.

Some learn to live with it. I get anxious about flying even though I used to work on the air ambulance and still do a lot of flying, so before I fly I take a few herbal Calm tablets to get me to the airport. I also listen to self hypnosis relaxation tape’s through an app which also helps.

The main thing Richard is your health and having an afternoon nap will certainly help with your recovery and regaining your strength.

This morning I have a long drive and some of it will be 4x4 off road through the bush, some of it will be driving through towns involving being pulled over several times by the police who will be looking for a bribe - I hate it when we get stopped and questioned. Out in the bush there are no police, there is only beauty

Good morning all,

Our drive out of Nairobi up north into the bush went off smoothly, we were only stopped once by the police and questioned. They couldn’t get me on anything illegal so was allowed to continue on without paying a bribe. It’s been very hot, yesterday it was 33C. The house we are staying in, - its gardens, have been overrun by monkeys and baboons, they come in the mornings and evenings looking for food and water.

The owner of the house has a cat called Princess who is not allowed outside when the baboons are around as they will eat her. She is a pretty cat and lives up to her name.

What is everyone up to?
