I delt with Cathy at Hualingan. Subtotal was $485 (usd) £292 delivered to door with no import duty paid!!

Nick.
it looks like a few people are getting their own seperate freeview box rather than DVB-T from Cathy, the price are literally the same would anyone have advice why one would prefer the freeview over Cathy's DVB-T?

phenonix, I am not sure about Cathy's unit, mine is only able to get either the digital TV or digital radio not both, so perhaps Cathy could confirm if there system gets both, if not I would go for a septate freeview unit

Mine arrived at lunch time, temporarily fitted it this afternoon will do the full install when I take the old wiring out at the weekend.

Very impressed with it so far, sound quality is very good and it just looks like it belongs which I suppose it does really.

I got Igo8 with mine looks ok but very different from the Garmin I'm used to.

Just got to hope I don't get a letter from DHL in a couple of weeks wanting some money off me.

Damn, that looks good!
I'm waiting for the one with built in DVB-T and TMC which would be available from end December.
Then I order it!

I received mine and its installed, got IGO9 GPS not really familier with IGO but I'll give it a try. -pleased with the unit it really matches the car wonderfully. The only small drawback is no RDS despite the supplier telling me it had. I can see RDS on the set-up but its greyed-out. Got the steering remotes working and I may be looking for some tomtom maps. Bluetooth and the general interface are nicely laid -out

Looks perfect - indeed. I'm also in contact with Cathy since a few days.
I will definetely wait for TMC and a working RDS function. Would be great if you could post here when someone has an item with working RDS. I will not miss this function as well as TMC.
The German 75 community is also very interested as you can imagine.

But still I dont have an sufficient answer for two questions :

- do you have to send it back to China in case of problems ?
- is the NAV soft registered or not ?

Maybe Cathy did not understand my question

I have a question for anyone who has one fitted.

Can you set the volume lower level for when the unit turns on?

Mine comes on at level 15 and nearly blows my head off.
