Same side as the disappointing grey tourer too

How many cars can you have the "wrong side" track rod end in stock for

Gave it a wipe over with an oily rag, and proceeded northwards to the MOT station.

An hour later, and one advisory for a tiny, and I mean tiny amount of play in the nearside track rod end, another year down

New track rod end ordered, another job for the weekend

Wasn't a 19mm Dome head Zinc Screw from outside the factory was it??

The Fitters are Gets for it, plenty a puncture in that car park

They certainly are, we're not talking Dunlop "Reddiplug" here

Exactly what you would get if you had it done at a tyre repair depot, only cheaper, and on the doorstep.

Using one of these, and the correct cold vulcanising adhesive.....

Job done.

And no risk of teeth sucking from Mr Kwikfit

No Graham, believe it or not, a 1/2" 6 woodscrew, not what you want in a sub 1000 mile Uniroyal Rain Expert

Never mind, Mrs MarinaBrian will be pleased I've taken the footpump out of the boot of her car

Got a good deal on all four after shopping around. Thought I would try some on my ZT as both my wife's MG ZS and my Rover 620ti have had them on for year or three and despite their economy price and status, have given satisfactory performance in all conditions so far.

Would have obviously preferred some Michelin Primacy Sports but they are double the price.

Done a few miles on them today and there's a definite improvement in steering and ride quality even on poor or slippery road surfaces.
Yes, I took the gash tyres off the two spare hairpins while I had my tyre changer out today.

Thinking about a light refurb before fitting some decent rubber.

The ZT won't be getting Dunlops like Frosty, but I may get a couple of Nexens to match what is fitted to the back.

You have to love supply only prices on tyres though
