I am off to Spain till the 30th, if by any slim chance you still have it then I will see if I can scrape my pennies together and come down and have a look! At that price though I am pretty sure you won't have it around long...

Just a quick thing, is the odometer in Km or Miles?
Best of luck, Pete

I can only keep my fingers crossed mate... I just cant do anything cash wise at the moment due to the pending holiday

The missus would not be happy to sit in the apartment doing nothing

If its still here when I get back, with it being pay day etc I may be able to sort something out... Looks a nice example and as said before I doubt I will be that lucky...

I will still have access to the internet when I am away, so will keep an eye on the thread....

Pete that is only 2 weeks away, you will most probably be lucky as car at that sort of money usually sell at the months-end anyway. If I do get any serious offers I will let you know......

A couple more pics I took recently..... It's a bit dirty though.

Looks nice mate.... Does it have any S/history from Japan or UK?

Do you have any better pictures of the front bumper you said had faded and does it detract from the car or you just being a bit fussy ?

Sadly she wasn't so lucky Bill and has had a nasty accident on the M25. Thankfully she is ok just battered and bruised with Whip lash but the MR2 didn't fare to well with a polish articulated lorry and has been deemed as a catagorie B write off. She is disputing that and will find out definately in the next few days.

Jeez, sorry to here that Stuart. Thankfully she's ok though..... That is a problem with low cars and lorries..... Very hard to see them. But at least although small they are very well built! Any idea what happened?

Please relay my sympathies Rachel, and hope she's feeling 100% soon.

She said the lorry clipped her and spun her 180 degrees ,luckily cars behind her saw what happened and slowed down to avoid her but she ended up in the central reservation.Insurance company won't give her a hire car as it's a Polish lorry and unsure if they can recoup their money

Just to let you know Bill the car has been looked at again by the insurance co and they are classing it as a cat C so she can get it back on the road. She has already bought all the replacement panels and it's in the shop as we speak getting fixed, should be back on the road painted by next week !

That is so good to hear Stuart! She must be sort of chuffed. It needed a bit of painting anyway. Personally I would change the colour.......

Anyway, please give her my best and ask if there are any before and after photos for my scrapbook. I know it's no longer mine, but I like to keep a history.

Cheers Stuart, and thanks for letting me know it ended more or less ok because I felt quite bad to be honest.

Thanks again.

No problem I will get some pics for you. I think she was talking about having the complete car painted but keeping the same colour.
