I think the fuses are 37, 39 and 41. Mine is a later model so pin 3 to earth should fire it up. The under bonnet fuse box is all populated, although the one ringed in the diagram is fuse 10, shouldn't it be the one above fuse 8?

Absolutely correct ! my little ring must have slipped.

The one above the circle is fuse 8.

Any joy PM77?

Attached is from the Webasto manual regarding resetting a heater lockout.

F1 means F8 in our case

Worth a go if it's still looking dead.

Just a thought, but, which FBH have you got? I think there are 2 models fitted to the 75's, 1 rewuires pin 3 earthed to test run & the other 12v.

Sorry can't remember which is which tho'

I'll give it a go resetting when I get back to the car. Just a thought, would a lockout condition get stored in an unused unit as it's been say in the shed for over a year? I have the later model (according to the sticker, the one that starts 9...b), so should be the pin 3 to earth. I could try to 12V except I don't want to completely blow it.

Finally! I stuck the internal fuses in where they could go (I don't have a 1.8, atc or a rear wiper so won't do any harm if that is what they are for) and tried again. I had been using 50/0.25 c type cable (if you don't what it is it's probably best ) and thought maybe it was just a bit too thick to reach the pin in the connector. Got some 7/0.25 wire and tried again. It fired up. The only thing I haven't done yet is time it. I'll do that when the car is cold again.
