Fitted a cd changer to my Harmony head unit with the help of Les supplying a loom. ( )

Job was not too difficult with the help of threads in this club.

BTW I am well satisfied with the output.

It certainly is possible, and I did just that in my Classic SE Tourer. Although I now have a Symphony head unit (the Alpine made unit obtained from Mr SMC), I fitted an OE CD player to my original Harmony (Phillips made unit) head unit without any problems, following the "how to's" on this site. I obtained both the CD changer and loom for head unit to glove box from Ebay, although SMC above says he has loads of looms. The CD changers used to be on Ebay quite frequently, and although mine was second hand, it has worked fine. At the time I was doing this (2006), the word was that the head unit to boot looms were no longer available, so I never pursued it. If you want to mount the changer in the boot, I suppose you would have to puruse Ebay or breakers.

I believe the changer I recently placed in the For sale section will fit a harmony or symphony.

Have a look at http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...ad.php?t=27503
