At the bottom of the screen it says 'debug'

As previous,
Once in factory settings press app set switch then you should see right rudder

Sorry, I was totally unaware of the app switch I have located it now on my car so will give it a go on Caroline's Navall 3 later when she gets in from work. Many thanks, I will let you know if this sorts out the problem

Back to front is sometimes to do with the "Rudder" being checked in the settings... the setting where you apply the password 126.
I had my volume working the wrong way.....turning it up sent the slider backwards Etc, unchecking Rudder sorted that.
