Wise man Mike. In my opinion the chrome mirror caps and the handle dishes
just don't look right on the totally colour coded ZT if it had the chrome trim
along the length of the car it might be a different storey.... But then it
wouldn't look like an MG The only mods that improve the look of a ZT are
A V8 bumper and 18inch Alloys (multi spoke)

Think I'm coming round to your way of thinking John, I love chrome shiny bits but your right they don't suit the car.

I recently purchased chrome wiper blades but can't decide if I like them now plus when the sun shines, which will be on 26th July this year apparently, then they reflect like hell.

I was looking at getting a tourer but it would probably be a ZT so no more shiny, chromy bits for me.

I do like the styling of the mk1 and I would like to do the twin exhaust, like the V8, but not sure about the bumper tho'
