Sounds plausible, if the cars were used in different areas that ties up with little knowledge about XCF from my contact at the air ambulance service. The news article is the one I found about 5 years ago. The hand over photos are the sought after link The next car we get will have B9 added and the tourer hopefully reverted to XCE and then we'll have to get them back together

I hadn't seen that one thanks, the result was obviously just the two cars as the receivers said no. I wonder if the third Yellow OLO was destined as one of the batch too?

My understanding was yes it should have been, but from what I was told mainly for fun raising activities, they actually needed two fast response vehicles for when the helicopter had difficulty landing at night as that is the most difficult time for it to land, I have another article lying around that I'll dig out, that indicates that our cars were used mainly between midnight and the early hours of the morning for rapid response, as there is very little traffic on the road at that time of night early hours of the morning

Well, whoever has the newest Rover 75 probably lives a few thousand miles away from Longbridge and their car will be about 10 months old, since production of the Roewe 750 only ceased last October:
https://classics.honestjohn.co.uk/ne...-says-goodbye/ I wonder if any will ever reach the UK. |
