Look up RTAB tool in ebay. Very different from the front arm rear bushes. I've bought the bushes for my ztt and they have a rim, sort of top hat shaped,so removing old ones may need a little ingenuity. But once out the new ones will go in easy with a bit of elbow grease. Only tools you need are ratchet and spanner. And the e46 bush tool of course. £30 ish. I got the black 1. I also used the tool for the upper arm outer rear bushes on the e46,which look very similar on the mg. Just used a socket to push the bush and hex keys to support the cup end on the hub. If you get what I mean.
