As there is a risk of blowing fuses the paper clips are now redundant. Have just purchased ebay item as above made initial offer of £7.01 declined made follow up offer of £8 accepted.

Default Gunsons

Have just bought a Gunsons reset tool for £5 (RRP £50) new from Halfords - manager's special.

Bargain I think:lol:
http://www.gunson.co.uk/item.aspx?cat=665&item=3449

No idea why it has two attachments though - two connectors and two reset boxes! Any ideas?

Marsh Mills.
May be some left at either - found in bargain baskets 10 metres from main entrance. Worth ringing first I suppose.

I recognised it straight away and took it to the till without knowing the price! When the lady said £5 I was happy

If your 75 requires a reset you're welcome to visit and use it.

I might pop over to MM after work tomorrow see if there's any left.

I've just had mine reset, Jules did the honours last week with a bent paperclip! I was thinking more for future use...

Thanks for the info, with any luck there'll be some left.

Where about are you? I'll keep my eyes peeled....

Thumbs down

Hi Chaps..A Cautionary Tale on Reset Tools. Just to add one more comment to this thread. I bought one off eBay from a-tech-diagnosics. Do not use this seller. I ordered it on the 8th of Feb and still not received it although he has my money. Emailed him on a few occasions and he said he would refund my money BUT his Paypal account isnt working. Looked at his feedback and many people are in the same boat, no goods and no refunds so do not buy from this eBay seller. I have logged a dispute with Paypal to try and get my money back.

Just to confirm PaulPJ's warning, I too bought a rest tool from this supplier and paid on 15/2/09 and I am still waiting for delivery. He claims he has more stock due in this week, but when I purchased he was claiming that he had 10 in stock.
I have given them until Thursday 5th to supply otherwise I want a refund.
I will keep you posted.
Chris
