The thing you have to realise is that 30 or 40 years ago hardly anyone there had cars, or drove! Or if they did the cars were lucky to get to 30mph!

Basically they are like children with a new toy - they just weren't brought up with a culture of cars and safety....

And it is like that in a lot of Eastern European countries - Maybe in 60 years they will be better - or all dead!!!...lol.
