Forgot to say, me and the missus sleep in the annex, and kids in the caravan as its easier not to have to set up the double bed

At nthat price,in such good condition,its a snip,Adria caravans are very lightweight,and I have owned mine now for 5 years.Go for it

No question!! Go for it ! Kids in awning or these small two man tents, caravan being the centre of operations, with all the facilities. In a few years the kids will be off on thier own thing and you will still have the van to escape with.
