Would it be a proper meeting without all members of the shiner clan, I think not! at least not too fair from home for you Aimee. OK guys I know the service post Christmas was slow but to be fair they were incrediblely busy that day I think we should give them another chance an support Andy who is a great guy and willing to help members if he can, so roll up and get your name down , Your Meeting Needs You,

No where's gonna be perfect. As long as the food is edible and your having fun that's all that matters I guess the service last time wasn't quite 'up to scratch' as there was a big bunch of people and other customers to serve too. I thought it was one of the best meets and well done daddy'o you did great, whatever the service was like

Aimee, Our meals was served to someone else , they in turn had to attract the attention of the lad that was serving, our meals were transferred over to us after sitting there for five minutes, I for one will not dispute your dad's excellent handling and organising of our meets, but I will make our own arrangements for food. I couldn't think where the Ely was... BEWARE, if you look for a map on the linked website above, it will show the location as being near the centre of Sandhurst next to the Royal Military Academy.
IT IS NOT THERE, it is actually along the A30 between Blackwater and Blackbushe Airport - search for GU17 9LJ & Google will show you! Quote:
Shiner - can you put me as a provisional (+2). We will eat there if we make it along - will try to confirm nearer the date Last edited by brickie501; 11th August 2014 at 09:56.. |
