Hmm, I don't know anything about how the strength of antifreeze mix affects the cooling. I had filled with fresh OAT, I had removed almost all the hoses to fit better clips so filled with the minimum amount of OAT first before adding water so I think the antifreeze strength went UP if anything as some coolant was left in the heater matrix when filling.

Hmm so none the wiser at the moment.....
