Very odd.
I've used GOG before and had no problems.

Have you reached out to the site for help yet?

I have contacted the helpline and they ask me to send a screen shot of the problem page, can you tell me how to do it as I have never done it before. Thanks.

bring up the screen you want them to see and then look on the keyboard of your PC, there will be a key that has an abbreviation of "Print Screen" press this key.
Then write your reply email, in the body of the text click on the right mouse button and select paste from the drop down menu. the screen shot will appear

No you can't I'm afraid John.
I just tried pasting in a screen dump, on here, and the file is too big.

I got the following message:
The text that you have entered is too long (268279 characters). Please shorten it to 40000 characters long.

John, are you ok with using photobucket?
If so, there would be a way of doing it using that.

Little more difficult. Still press the print screen button, then open paint on your PC and click on paste. Then save the paint doc.

go to photobucket or similar and upload it then copy the link as you would normally do
