I believe it's only the YIB000150 that will work, the nav discs are the same for both the Hi and Low Line systems. I don't think the loom is available new so I would ask a trader on here if he can remove the loom from a breaker. Make sure you get the loom from the nav pack to the green mini iso plug. I would have made the loom but some of the plugs are difficult to find. Dave T |

Thanks for all the extra pics & the list Dave. Here's my state of play:
Are 4 and 5 one single loom - or two separate items? Is there any particular trader I should ask? Last edited by Simon W; 3rd May 2016 at 14:08.. |

I cannot say for sure if the YIB 000160 will work on the Low Line system. I got my loom from Mickyboy, the nav bracket is on it's way from Holland314, maybe a pm to all the traders who break 75's. Patience seems to be the watchword when it comes to the Low Line system. I don't think the system was as popular as the Hi Line system. Dave T |

Re the navigation computer, Rimmers have a High Line page and a Low Line page - they list these respective part numbers:
Dave - I've PMd Mickyboy to see if he can help. Another edit Just found this part number info. It's from a technical bulletin called TB0021 and it describes how to change a Mk2 navigation computer for a Mk3. It confirms that YIB000150 and YIB000160 are Mk3 nav computers - 150 for Low Line and 160 for High Line. Last edited by Simon W; 7th May 2016 at 12:43.. Dave - just spotted this. Shouldn't YWY100240 be on the list of items?
It's the GPS receiver and it's on Rimmers' Low Line page at no.3 http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-GRID001661 It might be. Can you post a list with part numbers? Last edited by Dragrad; 4th May 2016 at 00:31.. Reason: Consecutive posts - use the edit or Multi-quote :-) |

Maybe a different sat nav computer, with a trimble will work ok. You will also need a loom from the trimble to the nav computer. This is the earlier Low Line computer, note it does not have a socket for the GPS aerial. I don't know the model number of this earlier model. A Hi Line computer will not work in a Low Line system and vice versa. I have to add that I have found that there is another sat nav computer that will work with the Low Line system. It is the VIB 000250 So, there are two units that will work on the Low Line system. VIB 000150 VIB 000250 Dave T Quote:

Someone else might know if yours will fit a Low Line system, I'd be very surprised if the plugs are the same though. Thanks again Dave. So YIB000150 doesn't need the Trimble (no.3 in diagram) but it does need the GPS aerial (no.4) - is that right? If the answer is yes, do you think I should I grab this while it's going? At least I'd have one more of the necessary bits. Quote:

According to Rimmers, there are four units that will work with the Low Line system (as listed in post 14). These are the units on Rimmers Low Line page:
