43" plasma for £305? Bargain!

We thought our TV was good when we bought it for £308 in January 2007, but it seems tiny now at 26"!

Sounds like that screen is Hd ready not full Hd, guess that's why it's cheap.
I would go for full Hd and little tip for you.
If you watch with the lights on LCD probably best if like to watch tv with the lights out, plasma would be better. Although led lcd tv are good at both.

Btw, full Hd plasma's are available as well.
If you do go down the plasma route take a look at Panasonic sets.
Oh and don't lay plasma's flat, keep them vertical

Thanks for the replys, I have a 50" LG 3d tv. It's not a smart tv but I noticed the lan socket. I notice the image retention if the 'sky' banner is on then a light picture screen comes on - it goes away after a short while. Was particularly bad when the Darts Grand slam was on as the scores were on screen constantly
