I got more informations: customs forced my unit to be send back. So it will go back to you Sean. I mean at the return adress: to your chinese agent? They said me it could be cause of lack of CE certification, like mintman said. What do you think will happen now Sean?

I received this response in regards to the DVB-T the solution is to remove the filter device in the power line, then connect the line direct to a 12v power The filter device is the one in the small picture. Hopefully this will resolve it. Quote:

Hi Soulblighter. In 4 years and 1000's of units I have never heard of this happening. These are Supposedly ALL CE approved. I have requested a copy of the CE certificate from the factory. I hope that we will not have to import it again into China and then resend it. For sure they will want shipping costs to send it out again. It seems pretty unfair that they arbitrarily made that decision without requesting the certificates. We will handle this.

If you have any questions about IGO, please feel free to ask me, I have been "playing" with it for a couple of years now, so I "do" know quite a bit about it

Stux,
Mine is still stuck in limbo too :- 2010-04-29 SHENZHEN Despatch from Sorting Center Bloomin ash cloud! Shouldn't be too long now though, as others have said, about 7-10 days later it pops up again, though it might be a couple of days longer due to the ash. |

When you do the hard reset, the unit forgets where to look for the IGO EXE file, so you have to direct it back to the memory card again. Is the unit seeing anything on your SD card? It needs to look on the SD and not on the one called "NAND FLASH" |
