I followed most of that, but this part confused me.

I was wrong. (I of course did pour the bottle in the oil. I mixed it with water and poured it in the expansion tank)
So did you pour the Wondarweld mix into the engine or the header/expansion tank??

I made a mistake in the post and corrected it. I put it in the header expansion tank. Were the coolant goes. With the max-min markes inside. But we suspect that the kit/glue that holds the cilinderliners in place at the bottum at some small point is leaking the coolant (it there were my coolant goes or a crack in the underblock) so now coolant with the wondarweld leaked into the sump.

Wondarweld in the oil is no good. But I don't think it would get there. It solidifies at elevated temperatures, so if the seal around the liner is suspect, it will solidify there as it gets heated and seal that area.

I cannot explain the seizure of your engine, but I think it will be oil starvation. And why, I don't know.

I would however get a reading of the oil pressure as it is possible you have a leak at the oil pick-up.

I would get this checked as a first option.!

How would one get a oil pressure reading?

Connect an oil pressure gauge to the oil pump. Your mechanic will know.

Another update. Ca has covered several 100 miles now and stil going strong. Starts good, no water loss and no mayo build up. Looks like wondarweld fixed it (after it tried killing the engine that is)

still alive and kicking. Had to add like 50 ml once but it was freezing that weekend and topping up once or twice after a lot of work on the coolant system is normal.... Finger crossed....
