I am tired, and literally need to chill! Sweating buckets these last few days in the engine room and it has really taken its toll. 20 years ago I could well handle these tropical conditions, engine room temps of 45c, but now I fear I am no spring chicken anymore and the conditions are very trying. Having to hit the salt tablets big time, roll on two weeks when we arrive in Rio de Janiro......then I can go home hopefully back to a cold rainy UK....that wud be nice
