There remains a small question of proof... We wouldn't want any more writs being threatened..

That is the crux of my dilemma. The paper trail shows full servicing and bills to match.


But all the pointers seem to show a garage that operates in a way of "She's a woman, what does she know... we'll charge for the proper gear and put any old crud in"....

A car that was loved by the owner and abused by the garage....
