The only prob with that is all you are doing is forcing the crud out of the filter back into the bottle. Best to remove the pump and plug/filter, clean the filter and flush the bottle several times with a hot water/bleach solution then clean water.
Good morning Steve how are you feeling now

Morning all - Mr Late here
Yup - it's miserable and grey here too - I think the long hazy sunny days have now definitely deserted us until about next April
I'm still persisting with breakfast cereal - switching to porridge is akin to admitting that Autumn is here, and Winter won't be far behind - that, and switching the central heating on - which I still haven't done

Sitting here eating a late breakfast, I could almost think the world had ended - all the kids have gone to school, all the parents who work have gone to work, there are no builders around, or lawnmowers in use - it is SOoooo quiet

Good morning Rod the only reason that I get up early is for my dog but if it is pouring down with rain what's the point

I'll have to go out at some stage to pick up another supply of pills to help keep the old ticker ticking

mmmm - we can't even get a newspaper delivered round here Derek, never mind prescriptions
Within a week of Sainsburys taking over our local chain of newsagents/corner shops, we got letters telling us they would no longer be offering newspaper deliveries. The only independent newsagent left is over a mile away, and he can't find any paper boys to trek up the road with the weight of the newspapers in their bag - especially the Sunday ones.
Mind you, I wouldn't do it
I suppose the exercise is good for me
