Default Typhooning

OK got some Typhoon spray and the match is pretty good. So much so I shall be attaching the buff on the rear passenger door. Here is the result on the engine bay...

Also fitted the Black Oak stuff and a driver cupholder. Reward to the 'Phoon for doing 1000 miles in the last week without a hiccup

Next I am going to attempt a coloration of the centres of the seats to match the navy mats. Probably a dry spring job that one!

Upgraded the fan to a gold resistor, just before the heavens opened!

Looking very good, you going to attempt to colour the gaiters to match?

I have a spare one so maybe..... got a black oak gear surround as a swap for your manual one!

Project navy blue will need to wait for drier weather

Did nothing with the 75 but tried to find out why the coupe runs a bit rough from cold, suspecting the coil pack arching out in the wet

A bit more work on the project that keeps on giving little hurdles to overcome. Lovely thick PPD green carpet ripped out to dry and clean, drivers side is fine but passenger side has suffered from blocked sunroof drain and the rear footwell part were the foam is very thick is saturated. Now looks like this:

Does anyone how long about the carpet will take to dry out?

Next surprise someone has managed to punch a tennis ball sized hole through the floorpan:

Guess its one reason why the drivers side was dry

Offending impact sensor removed and now sat drying out along with carpet:

Does anyone know what sort of success rate is had on drying them out? Im guessing its 99% dead by the amount of corrosion on it, but having said that the airbag light would come and go. Can take a break for a couple of days now while it dries out and parts are sourced, are the impact sensors universal or sided?, they seem to have same part no.
