Bluetooth problem?
Phone pairs and connects to Navall 3. Audio seems fine Can't for the life of me get my contacts to import/show up on the Navall3. Has anyone paired up a Galaxy S4 phone that works okay with contacts on Navall 3 screen. If so I'd love to hear what you did Thanks Nick |

Can't be positive on that as I'm an iPhone user but I seem to remember having to do that when setting up other people's phone pairing on android devices

Just to clarify from a few posts back.
This is the multicoloured connector in the car which I took a photo of from a customers car yesterday. The green part has the two wires blue/orange and blue/purple coming from it. These two wires are the steering wheel control wires and plug into the red connector coming from the double din loom. If these two wires are not on that connector or indeed if you haven't got that connector then the same two coloured wires will be found in the ISO connectors instead. In which case splice them to the two wires on the red connector I hope that clears up the steering wheel control connectivity for you......unless you have a factory fit Kenwood!

Steering wheel controls now fully working - thanks for info regarding splicing wires etc. Bluetooth now also fully functional etc.
All in all a good unit, quick and easy to use and very pleased. One question, maybe for the future. I find the glare off the screen excessive, could a non reflective glass be an idea for the future? Also has anyone applied a non reflective screen protector film (like you put on phones) with any success? Many Thanks |

Maybe I explained that badly about the screen. I mean reflection off the screen. If anything I'd want it brighter not dimmer.
For interest I have mine hooked up to a portable wi fi hot spot on my phone (I am lucky to have unlimited broadband use on my phone) and also bluetooth. I can watch TV by streaming it, stream radio stations etc etc. Its a brilliant unit when you tether it up to an android phone. First class. |
