Another finally completed task today, embarrassingly enough, first wash of 2015.

Along with a quick look of what a Serpent looks like near the car, and some Autoglym Vinyl & Rubber care on the plastic bits.

Not much of a detailed job (and some shoddy photos, sorry) I really need to clay and wax the car soon.

Fitted the reupholstered drivers seat to the ZT......

Two new Alcantara "kidneys" and a new side panel, all covering a nice unblemished pair of seat foams

What a difference to the saggy baggy old torn and matted Black Alcantara of late, and a definite improvement over the temporary Rover 75 seat I had fitted

It has to be said, you can't beat Monogram Black Alcantara when it looks nice

Just need to replace the shabby map pocket on the passenger side now

Had a second shot at feeding cables ( navall 2 insallation) into and behind the dash, had to remove the IPK (horrible job ) removed the A pillar trim and managed to loose the bottom clip into the unknown void, I heard it tinkle tinkle as it travelled down and found some unseen resting place.
Behind the A pillar I put the ext mic lead, front camera USB cable.
Lower down I removed the blank cover where drivers cup holder would fit and with a good little tip from Nige (Ennine) I threaded the other USB cable and that will be hidden in a pull out drawer.

Fitted a working secondhand boot lock, which of course means |I now have another key to add to the keyring.

Then thought I would fit my spare rear light seals. One was very simple but the near side one I just could not get the cluster out out, so gave up.

Cleaned the automatic tourer, and used the £5 turtle wax headlight restoration kit on the xenons , with good results.
