According to a traffic copper I spoke to once, there are legal requirements for the colour of rear lights, but not front lights. Therefore the lorries you see with blue spotties are fine. But they can't flash because then you are impersonating a policeman
I realise there are different regs regarding main lights and their positioning etc, but blue or red extra lights like illuminated washers etc seem to be ok so maybe coloured side lights are too?

You want to try having those light up washer jet thingys here in Ayrshire, you wouldn't get 1 mile with them. Police here don't miss a trick to get a fine in don't get me started! lol

So are these easy enough to fit?
I've never had to swap a front bulb out yet although I've had to do loads of rears due to a (now fixed) leak. I have Xenons for my main beam.

Just replaces existing bulb....pull old one out, shove new one in!, simple. Only thing is there polarity sensitive, so i it doesn't work just turn it around.... they look great!

They are white but blue and so antiseptic in appearance, ghastly!

Did you get traditional white LED's or the CREE type emitters? Mine are the emitters (3 of them, one on the top and one on either side) and they are very white. No hint of blue at all. Very bright too...
