Mine's 60mm OD Dave. I measured it this morning, with vernier calipers!

How Strange. I purchased a 190 exhaust complete even though I just needed the back box. When cutting the original one piece exhaust pipe to receive the back box it was 3mm too small

I bet you cut it near the bend. Pipe bending rigs cause a reduction in OD for several inches either side of the bends. The unswaged straight part is 60mm. A 1.8T back box (new on the shelf here) has 60mm OD straight section and 57mm OD near the bend (vernier gauge).
