Totally understand and yes perhaps you have a point but I do not know what kind of day our directors are having, they perhaps dont stop from waking up to going to sleep and have no time in-between the truth is I dont know but what I do know is how much they care for this club and how much they despair when things are not progressing as they would hope for.All I can say at this present moment in time is I hope both our directors are doing well and that I hope all is getting better in their personal lifes.

first of all I hope everyone is well and secondly lets see if we can deal with everyones concerns,

Pete and Christopher have some major issues on the homefront at the moment, I am not at liberty to say what as at the end of the day its none of my business, I do believe in our team and think that once both these guys are settled better then the changes shall be pushed through. Yes things are falling behind and everyone really does just want all the changes to take place but when you have problems at home then sometimes these things pale into insignificance at your own problems, delegation yes perhaps some of the work could have been delegated but again sometimes the process to delegate the work takes longer than doing the job yourself. Please stick with the club and trust us when we say that once the directors are settled things will move more quickly because at the end of the day that is what the directors themselves want. we are primarily here to keep as many cars on the road as possible and that has always been the purpose, we are a growing club and sometimes growing can be painful but we will get there in the end.

Have a good evening everyone.
Thank you Thomas for your explanation.
However, this seems to have been successfully delegated to you, whereas had the directors found the 30 seconds or so to explain themselves, I am sure their situation would have been met with the members' normal considerable sympathy and understanding and would have saved a lot of bad feeling.

I too wish them well Thomas but they have both spoken to the moderating team recently and cannot have asked for any message be put forward to the membership otherwise you guys would have posted. .

I am simply asking straight forward questions and it would be nice to have a definative answer, thats all. I totally understand you and other moderators are unable to answer.

Totally understand your point Bernard unfortunately I cant really answer this except to say that they must have there reasons for not doing so as I know how much they love the club and just want it to prosper.
