I think the name Blue Thunder is already taken, stable mate to the Flying Banana and well known up and down the country

The red seats are absolutely glorious, they look stunning against the black bodywork.

I'm really not sure the walnut works though. I'd be inclined to paint the dash a nice glossy piano black if it was mine

Did I mention the seats are gorgeous? They look better in a black one than a red one!!

Just to add, the walnut is lovely in isolation, if just doesn't work in a modern MG in my opinion. You'd probably get away with it in an all all black interior though.

I might go piano black on mine, and if I can find a cheap enough wood wheel I will give piano black a go on that too.

Do you have an MG logo on the start up screen for the nav?

The seats look superb, red Alcantara is rare. There was a Black Pearl facelift 190 for sale on auto trader with a set of these seats in. Looked great.

Hi Jules.. Apologies have been hibernating, with work!! Will pm you for a Rdv.

I'm tending to agree re dashboard. Although it does add a warmth, I just find the two mg ones so plasticky.

No I'm afraid I have bmw on start up. Would love to change it though

I you are thinking of painting over the wood dash, why not try it with a vinyl first? That way you can change the look as often as want and the wood dash underneath is preserved. It is a bit fiddly to cut it in to shape and fit. It is not a new idea, as I did this years ago to a motor I had.
