Well that the Plenum Done, Seals on the back lights swapped over and tightened, Erg vavle cleaned. Airbag warning light sorted (for now). Just the Heater to get working.
Taking the fan out now to see if its ok.

Well now at a total loss.
Checked fuses, relays, switches (to see if anything was loose) checked motor its nice and free. but was not getting any power to the connectors when we put an avo meter on it. Cant try my resistor pack on it it has a different connection. Even tried one out of a R45 as it was the same plug. The resistor that is in there i have tested for continuity across all the 4 connections and get beeps alround. So dont think that could be the problem. So could it be a dodgy switch or power to the switch? Please any help here would be great its doing my head in now!

Stick your meter across the switch & beep test it to see that it works, also you need to know does the 12v supply go to the motor & then return to earth via the switch or is the live side switched? if you're getting a live are you getting a return?

Evening gents
Just seen this Have you swapped the correct relays? Relay 5 in engine fuse box is the heater blower fan Relay 2 is the HRW .......both yellow Very common fault for relay to be US but I've never heard of a Blower motor to be duff yet

Yes Jules first thing i tried even too relay and put it on my car it works. Ive checked fuses they are ok. have checked continuity between the socket for the fan speed switch and earth thats ok. Have checked continuity of the resitor pack at the same socket and they seem to be ok. But not cetting any voltage at that socket at all. Does that make sense?
