Like you Windrush,i can not see where this is going to help the club in any way.Other people have been asked to leave/told to leave, and i was in agreement in this, for one reason only, to cut out petty posting by certain members.
This latest incident, although i have not met or used his services, i feel is a step to far, if it is for having the Avatar with t-4 on it. Other people have t-4s and this is well known, so can not really see the logic in asking for money from one person who happens to use it in his Avatar, but not from those who are known to hold t-4s. For once, i have to admit i am puzzled.

Good stuff Phil.... Great to hear... Lets hope they can sort the matter out once and for all...

My question to the mods here is, how do I stand promoting Phil on my meet thread ? Can I mention him again now, or is that still a No No at present

Pete

Totally agree. Without the help of people on here i wouldnt have got half of fixes sorted. I've never actually needed a T4 for help or should i say the person who uses the T4 but if i ever did i would like to think i could go on this forum and ask for help. Surely we are here to keep MG Rovers on the road and not to stop the help and support of people who want to help. I for one would rather pay a subscription to join the forum than make people pay to help us as owners. I just hope the powers that be see sense and revert to how this club should be ie for all of us to help each other and keep one of the few British icons on the road.

To all with T4s please stick with us as one day we will need your support

Martyn.

That's good news.
So what's in a name - it won't cost me £50 after all.

It's not about the cars folks, it's about the MONEY!!
This is exactly why I no longer trade on this site, as many members will know I sell new genuine MGR parts at huge discounts on eBay, I used to sell the same parts here much cheaper but was being asked to pay over £200.00 for the Privilege, in other words I had to pay to give money away??
