If you have one of these new 3D printers, you could print us off a new 75.

Did you realise the 75 had such a following before you looked on here?

There are certainly lots of meets organised by members of this club

I bought a wallet from you a couple of months ago, lovely item and very fast delivery - thank you

Just a couple of questions out of interest - didn't the wallets change to translucent plastic at some point, so were the ones you are selling alredy made but Rover no longer wanted them? Or perhaps they still supplied them forother models (25, 45?).

Also, the earliest wallets for these cars had 'Rover 75' embossed on the inside flap and thicker padding - these are now highly sought after and can sell for up to £25 on eBay I believe. Would it be possible to have a new batch of these manufactured? I'm assuming that the cost of having a new batch done would be very expensive though.

Sadly, it would appear that all of the useful posts from Iain of HenryLingLimited have been removed.

As the printer of handbooks at the time of Rover and MGR, that is a real shame. IMHO.

And this thread wasn't started by him - it was a member advertising the fact that these were available!

Shame, it would have been nice to find out the answer to my questions above, as it is, him not being able to post probably won't affect the sales of the wallets anyway!

Anybody care to explain which rules he had broken in hs posts? I don't remember him advertsing the wallets himself, he didn't provide the link......

I have no idea, Colin.
I am obviously the person that started the thread.

I was very pleased to be able to source these new original handbook covers. I bought a couple, a few months ago and gave one to a local member, who was seeking one.
As various items get harder to find, I wanted to share this information with other members, who might benefit.

Apart from providing some useful information, I can't see why the printer had to have his posts deleted.

HenryLingLimited is unfortunately currently operating his selling posts outwith of the Club's Rules. A PM has been sent and if an amicable resolution is achieved the posts will be re-instated

I regret to say that I had a phone call tonight as I was dealing with the issue which resulted in me forgetting to post up on thread

Hope you all understand that we do have our own lives to run as well

Well, hopefully we can have him back under the correct guidelines.

Colin that's a good suggestion, perhaps contact him through the ebay link and ask for his feedback on that idea.
