Just finished fitting them

Even I can manage to do that

They are exactly the right size, both in the diameter of the 'mushroom' head and also the depth of the collet through the board and carpet. They look totally OEM.

The old ones were extremely brittle and snapped with just the slightest pressure. The new ones are softer and hopefully won't go brittle with age.

Keith, I have a 'few' spare so if you need any just let me know please.

BIG thanks to Monk for finding the internet location - cheers mate

Raistlin - Although i'm not quite sure why you've chosen to ignore my polite request, I can take a hint.

I've just had a look in the FAQ's and found this

Q: "What if I want a smaller quantity than the Standard Pack Quantity?"

A: Our Plastic Parts Centre network has been specifically developed with this in mind. To find your nearest Plastic Parts Centre visit our contacts page.http://www.mossplastics.com/mss/mss-...Parts%20Centre

I'm going to contact one of the centres tomorrow to find the smallest order possible (and viable). On 1000 they work out at 23p each excl p&p, so how much would you be prepared to pay for smaller amounts ?

I would buy 30 if that's any help guys can you let me know.
Always need these for my stock cars.

I have repaired them in the past ,with aircraft locking wire wrapped underneath which holds them in place as long as the large plastic washers aren't missing!

But I'm off to france for few days now. Keep us posted.
